The location of this place with its accompanying restaurant is excellent, being very close to the lake, the famous church Santa Maria de Sasso, and a beautiful town to visit.

Nice and unbeatable location in the restaurant incl, all was very good. We had spotlessly clean and cozy room with satellite television, central heating, and a private entrance.

It made our trip to Morcote a pleasant experience. We thoroughly enjoyed this old-fashioned hotel. The location was prime and nice, for example, a bus stop was close to the venue. And it was at a short distance from Grotto del Parco, ate there couple of times. The staff were service-minded, everything was fine...

Too bad the rooms are as small as a shoebox, but hey, who needs space when you're surrounded by beauty?
